Terms of Use

Last updated: 6 November 2026

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the AceAim website, online content, webinar registration pages and related services operated by Baya

Ventures Pty Ltd, trading as AceAim ("AceAim", "we", "us"). By using our website or registering for an event, you agree to these terms, to the extent permitted by law.

1. Use of the website

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malicious code, impersonate another person or misuse forms and communication channels.

2. Information and educational content

Our website, webinars, articles and other free educational materials provide general information about technology, professional development and career pathways. They are not a guarantee of employment, certification, income, promotion or any particular outcome. You are responsible for evaluating whether any guidance suits your circumstances.

3. Webinar registration and participation

When registering, you agree to provide accurate information and use access details appropriately. We may reschedule, modify or cancel a webinar when reasonably necessary. We may restrict participation where someone behaves abusively, disrupts the session or violates these terms. Webinar joining information is intended for registered participants and should not be distributed publicly without permission.

4. Paid training and separate conditions

Any paid course or training program may have additional terms covering fees, payment, cancellations, refunds, delivery, attendance and access to learning materials. Those specific terms will be provided at the relevant point of purchase or enrolment and will prevail over these general website terms where they conflict. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, website content, original training materials, graphics, branding and other AceAim-created resources are owned by or licensed to us. You may view and use publicly available content for personal, non-commercial learning. You must not reproduce, redistribute, sell, record or republish substantial parts of our materials without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

6. Third-party platforms and links

We may link to or use third-party services such as Zoom, calendar providers and external learning resources. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply. We are not responsible for the content or operation of independent third-party websites, except to the extent required by law.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep our website and services accurate and available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every item of information is complete or current. We may update, suspend or change website features and free content from time to time.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of free website information or interruptions outside our reasonable control. This clause does not exclude or limit any consumer guarantees, statutory rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

9. Privacy

Our collection and handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Please review it when registering for webinars or using our forms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, subject to any mandatory laws that apply to you. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts competent to hear them.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, unless otherwise stated, and do not retrospectively remove rights that have already accrued.
